My goal over the last few years has been to improve all facets of my surfing, from big waves to small waves and especially slabs. Competing has been always a challenge, but I have a new found love for it. However my true love has always been travel, and if I could do it all over again I would not change a thing.

It’s also worth noting that Firewire actually inspired me to continue with my career and I’ve been very involved in testing new models and materials. One of the best things about my association with Firewire has been how much fun I’ve had riding alternative constructions and the high performance that’s possible with new shapes and technologies.
